Local Realty Group originally brought me on to create a clean, branded 2-page internal document for their realtors. Working with their brand guidelines, I designed a sleek, easy-to-use layout in under 24 hours. The team loved the final result and appreciated how I stayed true to their visual identity while bringing in a polished, modern touch.
Because the first project went so smoothly, they asked me to create a second piece—this time, a sales enablement one-pager for their sister company, Local Ventures LLC. I carried over the same attention to detail and brand consistency, and again delivered within 24 hours. I used Adobe InDesign to design both documents, handling layout and graphic elements to ensure everything was visually aligned and professional.
